Jaw dropping. There's always the possibility of Dems attempting to pick our candidate so they can later destroy them, but I didn' sense that motivation. As I said, they and others on the panel seemed to acknowledge Michelle has identified better than her competitors what middle America likes and dislikes. For the first time, it seemed that Mathews had some empathy for the uprising that's underway, initated by the tea party. Check it out.
That would be Miss Lurker of 9 Years. ;-)
You did download it somewhere, didn't you?
LOl!! Will do you Ex-hippie you!!
Was it Dick Morris who used to talk about the difference between Saturday night Bill Clinton and Sunday morning Bill Clinton?
I think there’s a similar difference between the Sunday Morning Talk Show TPaw and the debate night TPaw.
Next time a Repub hears the word shared sacrifice he needs to come back with, the American people have sacrificed enough under this President, it is time for Washington to sacrifice!
You have to wonder if the people are really falling for the Aug 2nd crisis this time. You can only cry wolf so many times before it hits dead ears.
Pray for America
Little Timmys’ rant about how the August 2 deadline is real on MTP have me the impression he is not long for the regime....
McConnell could barely conceal his contempt for those who oppose a debt limit increase. He said, “No one in CONGRESS is talking about not raising the debt ceiling.”
You're being led down the garden path. Bachmann is a trap.
Holder ? 2 weeks.
Talk about the ultimate lie, massive projection, just unbelievable.
INTERESTING.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm
Thx
The dems expect they can scare granny and the military families on Aug 2nd that their checks won’t arrive on time. The people will be paid soon and they should be able to make arrangements.
The bigger win is if they get the Repubs to cave the Tea Party will leave and split the Party. That is their main goal or they suffer a huge landslide loss. Hopefully, the leadership doesn’t fear it as well.
Pray for America
Does CBO show the year to year increases in spending so we can see where the additional 1 trillion is being spent. My understanding is while there were some jumps in entitlements; the biggie was discrectionary (stimulus) and that Obama wants to continue spending the equavlent amount of discrectionary stimulus.
The shortfall on the revenue side is 20-50 million under/unemployed workers are not paying taxes what they paid before Obama took office. Rather than cutback to the revenue side collected, Obama wants to keep spending like its 1999 again, (adjusted for inflation).
Pretty good analysis,I see Bachmann running for VP more than anything else.....
Won't be able to see any of the shows live today. Glad you all are watching.
If he goes for the massive amount he is giving the dems that much money to run against us and to me that means he is not stupid but corrupt.
I recall during the Senate hearings on Big Oil when Sen Rockerfeller asked one of the oil executives if he believed in shared sacrifice. Without blinking an eye, the oil executive responded, “No senator, I don’t believe in shared sacrifice, I believe in shared prosperity.”
Yep.
Last night hereon FR our debt ceiling discussion progressed to the point where we stopped talking about ten/12 year plans but only one or two years at a time. Long term plans never happen.
