Do you carry it inside the waistband? :) Not enough room, if you divine my drift.

Yep -it takes a clip and fits in her purse much better than the clip you pictured :-) - I prefer for her to remain standing and the perp to be the one going down if she has to fire a weapon...

What model is it. I'd like to google up an image of a clip for it.
Seems like a magazine change would be easier and faster.

A waist-belt mounted claymore would be handy for that close-in work.

The only way a .45 will take a man of his feet is a physiological reaction to being shot. I have witnessed the test of an armor trauma plate on a vest where a man took a 7.62 NATO to the canter of mass, and he barely budged. He was ready and positioned like a boxer to take the shot.
Slow and heavy are also extremely poor choices for short barreled concealment handguns. Velocity bleeds off rapidly, and I have done testing where .45 caliber rounds tumbled in the test medium because they failed to stabilize in an extremely short barreled weapon.

I carry a .45 because they don’t make a .46 -—> but the data on the .357 is most impressive.
I’m wondering if there are variables between revolvers and automatics?
-Does the lack of having to “rack” a round into the chamber, or switching the safe off; cause better shot placement?
-Do revolver carriers generally have higher confidence and training?
-Are revolver carries (specifically .357) more likely to use custom loads because of their limited ammo capacity?
Interesting data.
