It’s a C-SPAN video of an administration guy basically laying it out there that 0bama ordered Project Gunrunner and it was something new and outside-the-box and yadda yadda.
Of course, this was before things went sideways so he was sounding all proud of their new efforts to go after the bad guys. Now we find out that they royally screwed the pooch and people died as a result and 0bama and Holder are all “I had no idea. It wasn’t my idea. Never heard of anything of that nature.”
