People are getting confused. Project Gunrunner was a bone fide program under Bush ..continued on into Obama’s administration.
The question is when , how, and why it turned into the current disaster.

Yes project gun-runner started under Bush, but it was a whole different set of operating rules. Guns could walk about as far as the curb and then seized, not allowed to go in to the bad guys hands.
That’s good though because no one can say they didn’t know about the operation. Now the question becomes, who gave the order to change the operation into the mutant it became?
