If the US Constituion is the supreme law of the land, all other laws notwithstanding, than the ATF has always been a criminal organization, dedicated to the enforcement of unjust and unconstitutional laws. The CleanUpATF.org misses the point in its name - it shouldn't be "cleaned up" to more efficiently violate the fundamental constitutional rights of gun owners, smokers, and drinkers, it should be abolished entirely.
The ATF is entirely made up of gun control nutjobs in the first place, intent on prosecuting people for possession of realistic toys, malfunctioning semi-auto rifles, and 14-inch pieces of string.
I dont think F&F was at all based in incompetence. The running of it was but the ideas behind it weren’t. From its inception the idea, the goal was always about disarming the American people. The idea was to take one or 2 cases and let the MSM inflate those into news giving Congress cover to pass new gun laws. That was its main goal, a convert operation used to disarm us. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if some in the media understood this going it. They just didn’t report it until forced to.

As for Waco anyone w/ a functioning brain understands that the ATF w/ the help of our military murdered the Davidians. In the aftermath the liberals and RINOS in Congress made a show trial to exonerate them. Yet the voters seemed unconcerned. For the ATF the lesson was plenty clear. Murder of American citizens is on the menu and the sky is the limit. This is why we’re where we are today.
