Well, if you consider "developing nations" nowhere, that's what it will be. This is another UN Agenda 21 project, with goals such as empowering the ILO, International Labor Organization, with emphasis on the International. That's why the hiring practices are so different from other union projects. The Obama administration is moving forward, full steam with it's goal to change the US trading policy to be more in line with the GSP, as laid out by the World Bank. It involves shifting consumption patterns in the US, as well as shifting trade from the traditional Mississippi routes to the West Coast through Goldman Sachs owned terminals and across Warren Buffet owned rail lines. It involves shifting commercial exports from the traditional producers in the heartland to new producers in western land locked states, possibly on government owned or controlled lands. It involves Agenda 21.
