Police Arrest First Three 'Fly In' Activists

Three anti-Israel activists from France and Belgium were arrested at Ben Gurion Airport Wednesday. Deportation orders have been issued against them and they will soon be flown out of the country. They are believed to be the earliest arrivals in a planned anti-Israeli “fly-in” to Ben Gurion Airport.

The organizers of the hostile “fly-in” said activists would arrive in Israel on Thursday or Friday, and Israeli security forces fanned out at the airport on Wednesday, awaiting their arrival.

Journalists, too, are on hand, awaiting to see whether the anti-Israeli forces succeed in surprising or embarrassing Israel.

The activists apparently plan to declare themselves “tourists” and may be preparing to display propaganda at the airport on their arrival, the Meir Amit Terrorist Information Center reported.

Israel is also taking into consideration more extreme scenarios of security breaches, according to the Minister of Hasbara and Diaspora, Yuli Edelstein. He did not go into detail.

Don't deport them just yet. Prosecute them to the full extent of the law if they disrupt the airport. Then, after serving the full sentence with no time taken off, deport them. @#$## this.

why spend more money? just fine them their share cost of patrolling the airport and associated transport back onto a plane and deportation plane fare - I’m sure Israel can accept credit cards, yes?

Just when you think protesters can’t get any more idiotic... What, even, was the point of this?

Cash only. No checks. No plastic. You came here. You invaded. You pay on our terms. Here’s your sign back. Somebody pissed on it and ripped it in half.

They can always get more idiotic. Watch what they try next. This was planned in advance. You can’t just pull 1,000 airline tickets out of your @#$.

It’s hard to imagine anything stupider, but I have to give these protesters credit - if anyone can imagine it, it would be them. I can’t see this helping whomever they think it might, in any way, at any time.

Israel can successfully charge them for the return flight, and fine them for the cost of deporting them. Pretty standard procedure. And it’s a pretty decent way for Israel to fine tune an algorithm predicting who’s going to be a moronic troublemaker by what they know about these ones.

Can we have that over here?

I wish.

I understand also that there are punishments available as a governmental option against airlines that allow onboard people ineligible to arrive at the flight’s destination. Illegal aliens and moronic protesters must surely qualify.

Considering the skill of Israeli airport security, my money says they do not even make it to the customs counter.

Major General Benny Sau, Commander of Police’s Central District, said that the activists ...are most likely to try and videotape security forces manhandling them, and then disseminate that video.

I'll make the popcorn...sounds like entertainment is coming.

So they’re coming to piss off the police and security workers, and then call them fascists? Do they maybe want to see the sights a little? Chill on a beach? The Mediterranean is really pretty.

Ben Gurion has three runways in a triangular pattern. Build a barbed wire holding pen out in the middle. Stick these idiots out there so everyone can see them, and let them bake in the Tel Aviv sun for several days until you have a few plane loads... Occasionally water them. THEN deport them.

They seem to feel that israelis are expendable. Maybe they should get a chance to discover what it feels like to be considered an annoyance.
