F&F is the official code name given to the operation by the ATF/DOJ. Gunwalker is the term used by agents in the field. It is the same operation by either name.

I believe Fast and Furious was the name the ATF designated to the program for internal correspondence. Gunwalker was something the justice department used to describe it in their communications.

Fast and Furious was the original official name given to Gun Walker. Gun Walker was coined after the investigations started, if I recall correctly.
