This juror also believed the defense theory of cause of death. He also stated that none of the states evidence was compelling.
He is obviously mentally challenged.

I did not follow the case and I’m only learning about it since yesterday. So far, I have not heard anything compelling enough that I would sentence someone to death for. Watching shows like 48 Hours, this seems to be common that the state builds circumstantial cases and is all shocked when they don’t get a victory....I’m thinking they should instead try these cases on lesser charges or something.
12 morons plus this idiot alternate.
Plus ....., well, I better stop there.
There was far more circumstantial evidence to prove that she did kill her kid. The lying, admitting that she knew the kid was dead the whole time(drowned-not likely) after telling everybody that the nanny took her, that she was still out there, etc., her trunk smelling like a dead body, showing no signs of remorse during the whole 31 days, I could go on and on. There was absolutely no evidence other than what was said from her lying mouth to prove the kid drowned! Yet he is more than happy to buy that theory!
These people were and are complete idiots!
