Texas thumbed its nose at the White House and the United Nations on Tuesday as it cleared the way for Thursday's execution of Humberto Leal Garcia Jr., a Mexican national who was denied access to his nation's consulate after being arrested for a San Antonio rape-murder.

“That can be turned into a nation-wide campaign ad.”

And I hope that it is. Hussein has no use for anything moral.

“It almost seems that Obama WANTS to run against Perry.”

It’s pretty obvious that the MSM and DNC would love to turn 2012 into another referendum on W. IMO, that’s about the only way Obama could hope to get another term. Best way for them to do that would be to get Perry on the ticket.

Perry will try and put some distance between himself and the Bushes, but 20 years of Texas political history and donor lists will tell a different story.

Almost hate to chime in here, because Perry actually did something right for a change.

I think you have just made a very important and great point there.

The only consistency to his policy is that it is against the interests of U.S. citizens. If only there were an opposition party to point that out loudly and publically.

I'm not really one to talk; my team is the Eagles. Many of us are not happy with Michael 'mad dog' Vick. I just may impose my own lock out this season.

I really believed that Kevin Kolb deserved a start. I think he would improve greatly on the 'real game' curve. Not happy.

As all of that pertains to 0bowMao; he says AZ can't ask for proof of citizenship but TX must ask for proof of citizenship. He threatens AZ with the DoJ for asking and threatens TX with the UN and some international treaty for not asking.

Really proves what an anti-American punk he is.

Stick to your guns, Texas. It is a role model for the rest of the states.

There was a reason for the clause regarding states rights. To keep the Federal government from encroaching on such. Big surprise. They ignore it like the rest of the Constitution. Especially that "anti-American punk" you refer to. He acts like a king.
