As a former member of the United Methodist Church, it morphed out from under me decades ago. Now it seems all of them are following suit.
That’s too bad. I’m sorry to hear it. My comments were intended to reflect the reality that a guy like Wright could preach what he has been preaching, and still remain a person in good standing in the church.
A lot of people don’t realize it, but the World Council of Churches is a very Leftist organization. It’s impact on member churches is something folks need to keep tabs on.
It makes me wonder if some of the United Methodist Church’s problems could be tracked back to that organization.
