Tax the rich, give to the poor with the White House choosing who wins and who loses.
RCP - Americans are not like I demand this, you know, I draw the red line here and I draw this in the sand. They just want us to get something done thats sensible, that spreads the sacrifice and spreads the prosperity, White House press secretary jay Carney said at Tuesday evenings press conference.

I’d personally rather a deal that launched Obama into the sun.
If wife is added, I’ll smile even more.

How about a budget that doesn’t kill prosperity altogether?

Spreads somethin', anyway.
The only way to ensure prosperity is to:
- flatten the federal income tax
- cut federal income taxes by increasing the value of the personal exemption
- impose just one petroleum tax -- an import/export tax that builds in the financial incentives to develop domestic sources
- kill "green" legislation
- open up the entire US territory for oil wells
- develop methane hydrates and clathrates on the seafloor inside our own economic zone offshore (and then some)
- move the cash currently wasted on controlled fusion research into ambient temperature superconductor research
- boot the illegals, build the wall
Thanks Nachum.

And Obama's warped definition of the American Dream learned at the feet of the likes of his mother, grandmother, Bill Ayres, his pastor, and any and all Communist thinkers he could find to pollute his brain.

There was a time in this country when prosperity was attained through the virtues of hard work and sacrifice. I know lots of "wealthy" people who worked 80 hour weeks, didn't take a vacation for years and didn't squander on luxuries they didn't need. Not a single one of them inherited their wealth.
Today, it seems as though everyone thinks they have a right to a nice home, fancy car and all the amenities life has to offer without any effort on their part. We have a growing segment of our population who seem to think that they have been cheated out of these things when, in reality, they have done nothing to earn them.
I loathe these politicians who promote class warfare to further their own aims.

I would just appreciate it if the White House stopped spreading so much bullshit.

There are a ton of unfilled jobs in North Dakota. If you are on the dole grab your coat and head north. If you really don't want to work, starve.
I work long and hard for what I have. I think I will keep it. If you want what I have then you have to work for it just like I have and do.

My take
Fed income tax- 10%
State income tax-5%
Sales tax 3%
Property tax 1% of value.
All INCOME is taxed at those rates.
Everything that is bought is taxed at those rates.
Those rates are not negotiable
Everyone pays. No exceptions.
No deductions.
(I can dream can’t I)
