Just taking part in the conversation here. At the risk of being told I am not a Conservative and I should go back to DU or whatever...I thought the verdict was right. There was no way anybody could really know what happened, so reasonable doubt won the day. I believe this jury was courageous, they are going to be trashed, probably much like I will be no doubt. I find myself wondering about the low lifes hanging out outside of the court house? Do they support abortion? Do they vote Democrat? Am sure some of them must, so there is hypocrisy enough to go around. IF she killed her child? it is no worse than a woman that has an abortion, having an abortion is pre meditated murder as far as I am concerned. So I find some of the outrage on the streets of Florida etc, a bit hard to swallow. I HAVE NO IDEA what happened, I was not there,. nor was anybody here. Only God and Casey know (perhaps someone else?) I am a Conservative/Christian ... a couple brought up Bible Scriptures? I do not have the exact verse at hand..but the Old Testament required 2 eye witnesses to convict a person. No witness here! Many of the Prosecution witnesses had unbelievable credibility, “science” Ya like the science of evolution/global warming . In my opinion this was a courageous verdict,. the jury will be bashed like there is no tomorrow

How do you suppose duct tape got around a 2 and 1/2 half year old head, and three pieces of this tape particularly over the mouth and nose? Christ said IF we brake one of the TEN we are guilty of braking them all. AND listed along with thou shall NOT 'kill' is bearing false witness against thy neighbor. Casey Anthony is the ONLY human being in literal one on one contact with this child when this child went missing. 31 days later Cindy Anthony tracks down Casey and Casey while Cindy is reporting a missing child is overheard telling her brother that the baby had been missing for 31 days. NOBODY else on God's green earth knew when that baby went missing.

It was not the baby alone what was harmed, that imagined nonexistent 'Zanny' the 'nanny' was accused to be responsible for the taking of the baby. Casey for all reasonable people confessed herself SHE killed her child. I heard the recorded tapes of her in action.

That 's the whole problem (among others)in this case, know one KNOWS.

It can be speculated but no one can PROVE how or what happened.

Our justice system provides the charges be proved BEYOND a reasonable doubt, unfortunately that burden was not met.
