Another little tidbit which I just realized. This Sofitel Hotel is an Elite French Hotel, part of a FRENCH chain.

She's from Guinea which of course is/was also French.

I'm sure DSK has stayed at the Sofitel many, many times and was well known....BECAUSE HE IS A WELL KNOWN FRENCHMAN!! He's like a Bubba or a Carter staying at Trump Towers.
