In a strongly worded legal brief, the Obama administration has said the federal act that defines marriage as being between a man and a woman was motivated by hostility toward gays and lesbians and is unconstitutional.
The brief was filed Friday in federal court in San Francisco in support of a lesbian federal employee's lawsuit claiming the government wrongly denied health coverage to her same-sex spouse.
The Justice Department says Karen Golinski's suit should not be dismissed because the law under which her spouse was denied benefits — the Defense of Marriage Act — violates the constitution's guarantee of equal protection.
"The official legislative record makes plain that DOMA Section 3 was motivated in large part by animus toward gay and lesbian individuals and their intimate relationships, and Congress identified no other interest that is materially advanced by Section 3," the brief reads, referring to the section in the act that defines marriage as being between a man and a woman.
Though the administration has previously said it will not defend the marriage act, the brief is the first court filing in which it urges the court to find the law unconstitutional, said Tobias Barrington Wolff, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

There were no posts by fitgirl7, so I assume that she simply signed up to FReepmail people. When the trolls do that, they are usually erased from the site, as is the case with this one.
They are attention whores who enjoy returning to lurk and see what kind of a fuss they kicked up.
In those cases, I usually don’t do my ZOT LIGHTNING posts, for I don’t want to add to the circus that they crave.

Bah There is two types of sex. Sex by Choice and Sex that is coerced.
Coerced Sex can be divided into two categories. Sex wherein another forces you to engage in such (Rape) and Sex wherein some mental disorder forces you to engage in such Example: Nymphomania.
Since most of the Gays and Lesbians aren't raping their partners nor are they constantly having sex like someone suffering from Nymphomania is apt to do they we can logically deduce they are making a conscious choice where and with who they are having sex.
Thus their lifestyle is a choice. Nothing more.

At one time I had an article that strongly refuted this idea of biological basis. Maybe I still have it on an old PC. I don't know. Anyway, it doesn't matter to me one way or another. It's just that I don't believe it to be biological, and I believe God's proclamation against it in the Bible. That's all I need to know. Biological/choice, either way, God sees it as an abomination.

DannyH has had so many aliases that I forget most of them. Maybe I’ll start making a list, LOL! He has a long list of people he haunts. If you get his (or anyone else’s) FReepnasties, just send a cut-and-paste of the entire thing, with the title, date, time, and message to the Admin Moderator. Oh, and never reply to them. It just eggs them on. If he’s spamming, AM will get a lot of such messages, and the perp will get quietly ZOTted behind the scenes.
DannyH got tired of that and posted his infamous email under the name Hungryman2, and he got a proper, on thread ZOT and ZOT LIGHTNING. Maybe he won’t be back now that he has gotten the RESPECT he demanded.
Unless he was able to change his typical posting pattern, he wasn’t fitgirl7, but who knows?

He’s been hedging towards it, but coyly sidesteps the question when asked directly.
Everyone knows that he tacitly supports it, but will milk the announcement for ultimate political advantage.
I only said it might be Danny H in jest. And only because of the FReepmail method. Actually, I think Danny H’s Hungryman2 post was preceded by the same, or very similar post under Freedom Right Winger. I recall thinking “Not this again” when I opened the Hungryman2 post. They both read almost the same, and both usernames were banned accordingly.
Next time I get one of those FReepmails, I’ll take your advice. I did copy Jim Rob, but replied in kind. Next time I’ll just forward to Ad Mod. Thanks.
