Homosexual Republicans are celebrating what they see as a major victory for their cause. According to the Log Cabin Republicans, the Republican National Committee -- which is the central arm of the Republican Party -- has named the homosexual group's executive director to the RNC's Finance Committee. That committee is the fundraising arm of the RNC.
The Log Cabin group says R. Clarke Cooper will play a "critical" role in raising funds for the party's efforts to elect Republicans to the White House and across the country. Cooper says he will be working to elect what he calls "pro-equality Republicans."
Bob Kabel, a former national chairman of the Log Cabin Republicans who now chairs the District of Columbia Republican Committee, lauds Cooper's new role and references the GOP's "winning strategy for 2012, one based upon inclusion and the conviction that with a big tent the GOP can recapture the White House." Social conservatives who normally support the GOP have often expressed concern about the homosexual group gaining greater influence in the party.

Those who tell others not to judge are invariably judging the others for judging...
It’s layers of hypocracy, is all.
GREAT INFO!
I just want to thank everyone in this discussion for giving me plenty of new ideas and directions for continuing my book.
This is a very interesting conversation.
A lot of people don’t understand Scripture. Or they don’t think it through. If you can’t judge then one can’t say Mother Theresa was a better person than Bin Laden. They also confuse judging with condemning. They are not the same thing.
And who do you think will out pander here? The republicans or Obama and the liberals? The question answers itself.
It will be like Christmas and the Repubs will dress as Santa.
I guess that means Palin is out of the question.
You are correct basil, you don’t get it.
Kind of like “discriminate”. It’s bad bad bad - no one should “discriminate” - but if people use no discrimination they will eat poison, drink themselves to death, associate with criminals or nutcases, etc.
It used to be said of a person that he used good judgement, or is very discriminating - indicative of using intelligence.
The use of words has deteriorated so that people can hardly speak the truth without great effort and thought. Doublespeak. I should read 1984, I never did, and re-read Brave New World.
I’ve already decided not to vote Repuke. I didn’t leave the faggot, sissy, Marxist pig loving Repuke Party, they left me. If Palin, Bachmann or any genuine conservative runs, they had better make it clear, that they will not tolerate any leftists at all, or I won’t even vote for them.
Otherwise, TP or Conservative third-party for me. Conservative, not kook Ron Paul-style liberaltarian, not moderate but 100% pure unadulterated, no compromise-on-any-issue-whatsoever conservative. Ice Cold Conservative with you-know-what or no sale.
Scripter knows All.

Yup. Intolerant is another one. My Hubby has a shirt that has a list of things that people have been intolerant of. Child labor was one. Intolerant isn’t a dirty word either. But the left has tried to put a sneer into the word.

Unbelievable.
Leftists are the most intolerant - they can’t tolerate morality!
David - Goliath
Jesus - Pharisees
Patrick Henry - King George III
Frederick Douglass - Slavery
Dietrich Bonhoeffer - Nazi Party
Amy Carmichael - Child Prostitution
Martin Luther King - Segregation
Mother Teresa - Abortion
Intolerance is a Beautiful Thing.

I want a shirt like that.
