It’s only rediculous if you (foolishly) assume that this regime has any real commitment to anything or anybody but themselves, their accumulation of power over others and their socialist/communist world view.
Right now, JMHO, they’ve seen the handwriting on the wall and are going to institute as much of their agenda (even the Pie-In-The-Sky stuff) as possible before they all walk off that cliff hand-in-hand the morning after the 2012 election results are announced......or the “folks” just lose the last of their patience with this crap and come after them with torches and pitchforks.

What is your opinion on the possiblity of the institution of Martial Law, due to an “emergency”, so as to avoid elections? I keep hearing various people talk about it as if it’s a real possiblity, but I keep telling ‘em that’s what the lieberals said about W.
