Villaraigosa Ignores Outcry, Will Build 6-Foot Wall Around Mansion (Why Not For US Border?)

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Despite the objections of his neighbors, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has ordered city officials to proceed with a plan to erect a six-foot wall around the mayor’s mansion.

The wall — which would flank the sides of Getty House in Hancock Park — recently drew the ire of local residents in February when Villaraigosa filed a request for a local variance that prohibits any fencing that exceeds 42 inches in height.

A proposed design for the wall includes “embedded” security features...

Villaraigosa turns the city into a third world war zone and now only wants to protect himself? How does he build a security wall for himself while he vociferously opposes security on America's southern border and stopping the invasion of illegals from the Mexico? Could his own history provide the answer? You decide:
In college, he was an activist in Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MEChA) - a Chicano separatist group with a Communist underpinning.

He went to Cuba in the radical Venceremos Brigade to help Castro's Communist revolution.

He then went to the "Peoples College of Law" (dedicated to producing public-interest lawyers) and failed the bar exam four times.

He then followed with 15 years as an SEIU organizer.

That historical mix of third world demographics (in this case by invasion), Communism and party junta elitism comes to America.

Viva Comandante Villaraigosa!

This is typical of Latino dictators. Wall themselves off from the third world sh*thole they have created.

Because Los Angeles doesn't have a border with Mexico!

In most of the world, walls are a sign of status and security.

In the U.S., walls are often prohibited because of zoning regulations. When I pinned down a local zoning expert on why walls were prohibited, it was not for esthetics or crime control. It was so zoning officials can see what you are doing on your property.

Zoning is all about power. The Mayor, in this instance, is just showing that he has more power than his neighbors.

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is surrounded by millions of his own peeps. He needs no security.

Rubio: Obama Is 'a Failed President' Who Sounds Like 'Some Left-Wing Strong Man'

Villaraigosa, like Obama, has a radical leftwing history (as outlined in my post) and is motivated from similar ethics, values and instincts. Villaraigosa's wall has nothing to do with your simple neighborly competition interpretation. You better learn from the history of these radical "leaders" before it's too late.

Check the headlines for political assassinations south of the border. It's their own “peeps” pulling the trigger on those Mexican government officials.

Ot doesn't matter. If Antonio Villaraigosa thinks large gangs of Mexicans are good for America, they gotta' be extra good for him.

I say "Tear down that wall Villaraigosa".

BTW, his name refers to a city (Dubrovnik) that used to be known as Raigosa ~ (various spellings). it was the FIRST, LAST and ONlY Romney/Gypsy city state founded in Europe!

I’ve been to Dubrovnik a few times and never knew that.

What Rubio also said:

“It’s class warfare, and it’s the kind of language that you would expect from the leader of a third world country, not the President of the United States,” said Rubio.

Rubio, as the son of Cuban exiles, knows his third world strong men when he sees them. And Villaraigosa is from the same mold as Obama.

How some came believe that “Democrat” politicians’ past histories are irrelevant today is unbelievable. Neither have repented their past or denounced their associates from that past. Judge the actions of both with their in mind!

Most Mexican mansions have walls topped with broken glass and coke bottles. That would be nice.

You know if you read Frederick Bastiat - “The Law” - it gives real piquancy to the whole idea of zoning laws.

Using government to control what you do with your property for their benefit.

You'll need to get into Gypsy specific literature to find out about their involvement in the area. Remember, the Gypsies appeared suddenly in what is now Bulgaria some time in the 1300s although there are reports of small groups in various places in the Eastern Mediterranean as early as 1320.

The larger body came with the Mongol invasions ~ and other groups came from Moslem areas where they may had been for a century earlier.

Their language is similar to Greek and Latin ~ and readily adopts Western Indo-European words!

Along the way a quite militarized group moved into ancient Dubrovnik and "assimilated" ~ which meant "settled down", and they served as soldiers until the end of the city when it was conquered by Napoleon.

This may well have been the entire "military caste" among the Gypsy tribes and it's loss to Dubrovnik could explain the later experience of the Gypsies as slaves in the Balkans.

Villaraigosa's a putrid stew of Third World demographics, Communism, and party junta elitism. In college, he was a Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MEChA) activist - a Chicano separatist group with Communist underpinnings, plotting to overtake part of the US. He went to Cuba in the radical Venceremos Brigade to help Castro's Communist revolution. He then went to the "Peoples College of Law" (produces sap-happy public-interest lawyers); Villaraigosa failed the bar exam four times. He followed-up with 15 years as an SEIU organizer.

Hillary didn't care about all of that. Villaraigosa was Hillary's 2008 latino outreach advisor.

=======================================

Hillary stupidly pandered to illegals by tapping Viilaraigosa as her Hispanic outreach advisor, and installing Patti Solis Doyle as the campaign's chief strategist.

Solis is the ninny who patented Clinton's failed "inevitability" strategy.....that backfired into Hillary's 10 straight caucus/primary defeats. Solis finally got fired---too late. The damage was already done.

Over the course of her political career, Solis Doyle developed a horrendous reputation........insisting upon signing off on even low-level decisions, such as where to hold a minor event and whether bagels or donuts should be served.

She was reportedly brutal to staffers who tried to circumvent her, and she is not shy about reminding others of her position. When dispatched to Iowa headquarters in the final month of campaigning, Solis Doyle demanded that, in preparation for her arrival, walls be erected around the section of the giant bullpen where she would be working.

That marked The End of Solis Doyle.

In Costa Rica, it is not just mansions, but virtually every house has walls, razor wire, etc. I think it is a basic feature of Latin American architecture. Houses are built very like prisons with the opposite idea of keeping outsiders out.

Costa Rica did not strike me as out of control, but the locals all assured me that an unlocked gate for an hour or so would lead to the house being robbed. The only facilities without these measures that I saw were graveyards.

Perhaps the fine mayor is just getting back to his architectural roots.

Sap-happy NY Gov-Spitzer decided to give auto licenses to illegals.
Hillary endorsed the effort (which promptly bombed with the public).

Candidate Hillary and then-Gov Spitzer push auto licenses for illegals.
Hillary then lost a presidential primary she was supposed to win handily.
