I’ve been in radio for a few years now, and the first rule in broadcasting is this — always assume the microphones are hot and that you’re going live. (The second rule is never assume that the incoherent caller is drunk, but that’s a story for another day.) Mark Halperin apparently forgot that first rule this morning on MSNBC, and decided to give a rather blunt assessment of Barack Obama’s performance in yesterday’s press conference. Halperin’s use of language went out live, thanks to a producer who couldn’t operate the seven-second delay:

We’ll soon be at the point where ANY of the Republican nominees will be ahead of him in the polls. Heck, even a dick like Mark Halperin could probably out-poll Obama if we’re at the point where TIME Magazine is insulting him on national TV.

No mention of exactly what Helprin is upset about with Obama. Not being aggressively liberal enough?
Halperin should have used a different verbal address, something akin to, “Classless Dirt Bag, UnAmerican Low Life”. However, whichever term is used, the majority of the American people and voters have POTUS Obama wired for the destroyer of America he really is. No sense harping on it. It is the Democrat Party that has a problem. They can force Obama to resign now or, go down to defeat with him in November, 2012!!!
In BO’s case, POTUS stands for Petulant of the United States.
