With the Wisconsin Supreme Court devolving into a storyline only Vince McMahon could love, rumors are still swirling about what actually happened when two justices engaged in a physical confrontation behind closed doors on June 13. Justice Ann Walsh Bradley claims Justice David Prosser “choked” her. Prosser denies he choked Bradley, and claims she initiated physical contact. In the past two days, multiple sources with first-hand knowledge of the incident have been able to provide more details as to what exactly happened behind closed chamber doors.
The week before the legislature was set to re-pass the collective-bargaining provision, three of the four conservative justices were ready to issue a ruling reinstating the union law as originally passed. Prosser, on the other hand, wanted to wait longer, to avoid the appearance that the court was rushing their decision through. Prosser thought he had an agreement with liberal Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson to delay release of the opinion until Tuesday of the following week.

Ann Walsh Bradley must be removed from the bench.
Impeachment and recall are options.
Witnesses to the incident prove she will lie to get what she wants.
Just as in the Weiner case, there is a reason that she refuses to press charges.
She lied to advance an agenda - her lies were caught by witnesses including the LEO investigating the matter.
She should be impeached and removed under Wisconsin Law.
That law also states that a jurist under impeachment proceedings cannot rule on anything until acquittal.
Do it now.

So, what is wrong with this picture?
**Someone came up behind Bradley and pulled HER away, and admonished HER.**
If Prosser had his hand on her throat they would have grabbed HIM.
Everyone in that room would have grabbed Prosser, and you can best your sweet buns that Bradley would have reported it immediatley and while the “witnesses” were right there and it was all fresh in their minds.
She said he is dangerous.
She has an obligation to the community to press charges.
If she doesn’t she must be impeached.
Would that be Larry, Moe and Curly?
Bradley needs to resign. We’ve got enough problems with these so called “judges”. We can’t have liars posing as judges too. Throw her ass in jail.

Somewhere I read that Justice Prosser was like Mr. Rogers on Valium...I had to chuckle at that assessment...quite apropos...I am acquainted with Mr. Justice Prosser...and all of the snarky things that I read by the leftists about him having a temper and being excitable reminds me of Ronald Reagan chiding the left “It’s not that they know so little, but that what they know is so wrong.” please feel free to correct my quote, it is off the top of my head and I have just spent the last four hours at the UW union amongst a roomful of people who hate Justice Prosser with all their heart and soul....it is their religion. When I first moved to Madison nearly twenty-five years ago, one of the first things that struck me and has consistently been reiterated over and over is how unhappy the women in this town are...I am overcome with pity and revulsion at the same time. This one woman tonight had to have been on disability, because she thinks that men have bullied her, but my bets are that every woman she has encountered has bullied her and even the twelve or so cats that live with her have bullied her and she is unfortunately, the aggrieved face of our country. Victim, foremost in her mind...misguided and irretrievably lost...undoubtedly the victim of leftist misogyny, but blaming it on the conservatives, because it is their religion. The saving grace is that about a third of this county is very conservative....and the other side has no clue...they think everyone shares their opinion. LOL
How sad for her. But we cannot let those like her control our country.

It seems to me I remember Prosser was accused of the same thing shortly before his re-election. In fact, I’m certain of it. Will have to dig in archives.
In any case you know what this is about? It’s about trying to get Prosser removed/recalled (whatever procedure is used there). That witch has probably been contacted by Union heads to instigate trouble. Libs are insane and they are sore losers. That other witch that lost the election to Prosser probably has her grubby little hands in this too.
