I can barely get my thoughts together to type this post, but I’m not going to sit by and not speak up for those families who have lost a loved one and are having to now worry about submitting a written request for prayer to someone for approval. Last time I checked, this was the Home of the Brave and Land of the Free. Heads up, Director of the Houston National Cemetery. It still is.
Thanks to the Berry Brigade, here is how YOU can help STOP this disrespectful and unacceptable “requirement” put forth by the Houston National Cemetery Director Arleen Ocasio. How dare she require families to submit their prayers to her in writing for approval?! Oh. And there’s more. And no bibles. And no chapel. Oh wait. The chapel was closed. Read on.

When I look into those eyes I see pompous arrogance.
If supposed Christians have threatened to literally kill Ocasio, well I don’t think the rest needs to be said, we all know it.
That doesn’t mean, of course, she — and whoever put her there — can’t be told to (figuratively) go to hell.
As an American citizen, it is our right to know just who the hell gave these orders to disrespect the rights of Veterans in this most personal way. “President Obama’s appointee, Houston National Cemetery Director Arleen Ocasio” is merely following orders. I would imagine these restrictions, given on behalf of this administration, came directly from the Justice Department as part of an agreement (back room deal) with President Obama for her appointment.
As a Christian, these restrictions are just one slap in the face too many. Christians are tired of turning the other cheek, and then to be called right-wing extremists for our Conservative and religious beliefs. I don’t know about you, but both my cheeks are fairly bruised. I am probably not as nice about it as some, probably a fault on my part. However, it is time to call your legislators and demand hearings to find out (1) who created these restrictions, and gave the order for their implementation, and if all Veterans Cemeteries have been give the same set of restrictions. This is a gigantic insult to the “majority” of Americans. IN GOD WE TRUST!
WE THE PEOPLE will not stand for the removal of God or his only son, Jesus, from our lives! Don’t like that sentiment…then get the hell out of this Country or keep your mouths shut and allow us to live with God in peace.

This is unfathomable! This is a clear-cut DIRECT infringement on the Freedom of Religion by the Federal Government! How much more obvious could that be? She has set up an official censorship and deprivation of rights system! Someone’s WAY to big for their britches! How does anyone even get in the frame of mind to think this is OK to do???

If I go to the Veterans Cemetary at Bushnell, Florida to visit my Grandparents grave and ANYONE even hints that I can’t say GOD or JESUS there, there will be trouble on an ugly scale.
