Farah, the CEO of WorldNetDaily.com, and Corsi, author of Wheres the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President, have filed suit against Hearst, Esquire magazine and writer Mark Warren over a satirical article that they say defamed them and damaged their business interests. Theyre seeking compensatory damages of $100 million and punitive damages of $20 million, plus legal costs. [Update: As a commenter points out, that's only for one of the five counts; the full amount sought totals more than $285 million.]

Kinda difficult to prove damages, I would suspect.
Depends on perceived intent, I would imagine.
If I intended to rob a bank, or murder my neighbor and failed for some reason, wouldn't I still be open to charges of attempted bank robbery, or attempted murder?
Just speculating?

We will win the lawsuit and we will build a museum dedicated to proving who Barack Hussein Obama II really is.
His past, his faith. His vision of what he wants America to become.
There will then be a permanent building open to all those that wish to know who was responsible for being quite possibly the worst “failed to qualify” POTUS ever.
Yes Obots, imagine that, a literal museum where people will know the truth and not your manufactured fabrication and edited history through the use of the internet.
