I believe Nixon did quite well with the Jewish vote in 1972 against McGovern. McGovern was perceived as a dove and many people in his campaign were pro Palestian and anti Isreal. I believe the Republican candidate in 2012 will do much better than McCain did in 2008 with the Jewish vote.
Jews always vote Democrat as a group preference.....since they got here in the post bellum waves
Prior to that...at least in Dixie...they voted just like other white men....Democrat again..just more...much more socially conservative and they were almost as agricultural and mimicked similar lifestyle and mores etc
The newer Jews brought more socialist and anti pluralist mindset with them here....something only a small wonderful minority of them buck at a risk being outstracized by their own
The GOP best with them after Camp David in 1980 but still only 34%
The fact that loyalty to a foreign nation even one I support is what motivates those who switch from time to time to our side...troubles me
Way too many are at the Vanguard of destroying EVERYTHING..I value in our culture thorough their institutional and economic and political power
I know many liberal Jews...scores...believe me..they are of this mindset that cultural...Christian based..conservatism is as big or bigger that than Islam
