Tough tacos Timmy. The party is over its time for the grown ups to take charge. No more spending increases.

Not paying your taxes, is irresponsible; not figuring out Turbo Tax, is irresponsible; working for obama, is irresponsible.

It may be irresponsible today to cause the chaos that will undoubtedly result. but the humiliation of having the Chinese do to us what the Europeans are doing to the Greeks will be averted.

The laws of economics like the laws of nature are straight forward and brutal.

What’s irresponsible is letting known tax cheats, liars and thieves play the lottery with trillions of dollars of our money. :(

I cannot believe that even the MSM can quote Geithner with a straight face. He is either a liar and tax cheat or so mentally deficient that he cannot even use Turbo Tax! I suspect the former but the latter is not out of the realm of possibility!

Text of the letter.

Quotes President Reagan and Sec Baker... not convincing IMO though.

What does Geithner regard as responsible?

As opposed to spending ourselves into total Oblivion? They may be able to pull this off for a few months but they will not be able keep it going any longer. This tactic is too early and questionable as being helpful to them. Way too many people are hurting, insulting them is only going to anger them some more. Same old leftist play book. Either they are truly as stupid as they appear or they are as evil as evil has ever occupied our government. I vote for the evil side of things.

DiMint should say he’s going to be irresponsible, like a senator from Illinois, and vote against raising the debt limit.

What Little Timmy needs is to be some Big Bubba's Lil B!tch in prison. That's what he needs.

I think that is irresponsible.
Pass the debt ceiling increase with obamacare repeal and 20% cuts in govt spending and put it on Obama’s desk.

Then go home.

Mr. Geithner, what is your plan?

The dems have not submitted a budget in over 2 years!

Little Timmy was no doubt a part of the Fauxbama Team that threw a budget together which got, count ‘em, ZERO votes. That’s ZERO, as in zilch, nada, nil, zip, pfft!
