Judge orders more protection for imperiled species

A federal judge has ordered the government to increase protections for about 40 threatened and endangered species that live in national forests in Southern California.

Tuesday's decision by U.S. District Court Judge Marilyn Patel requires the federal government to develop new protective measures for imperiled plants and animals . . .

This so called “judge” needs to be thrown in jail. We don’t have many trees left in Arizona thanks to the brilliant “decisions” made by ***holes just like her. These phony baloney, plastic banana, good time rock and rollers need to leave the forests and the animals to people who know what the hell they are doing. You don’t learn jack **** in “law” school!

I was surprised they used the word imperiled over the more common use of endangered. Perhaps they are feeling more aristocratic and they played a mind trick on use of imperial

These types of decisions SHOULD weaken Obama and the Dems, but only if the Republicans are able to capitalize on them.
