“Why tie dead dogs to the track?”
“To destroy any evidence of prior ~torture~?”

A dead dog will not get up an move. There would be no need to tie it.

Next week it will be Granny tied there. ‘No problem, she was already dead.’

Week after that, perhaps a congresscritter?

Perfect practice makes perfect.

Pure evil.

My suspicions, as well.

A guy in nearby WV tied his wife’s dog’s head to the train tracks to ‘get back at her’ after an argument.
[he’d already beaten her cat to death]

The train came and sheared off the entire lower jaw of the dog.

It did not die instantly.

It suffered for *hours* before somebody found it and took it to the vet.

They could not save it.

Because of that dog, WV now has an automatic felony charge for animal abuse.

The guy who did it was the first person convicted of the felony charges.

He’d also had priors for wife beating.

Go figure.
