A new enforcement memo handed down by the director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement last week has some accusing the White House of running around Congress to implement the DREAM Act – and consequent amnesty for some illegal immigrants – by executive fiat.
The new memo, penned by ICE Director John Morton, directs ICE agents, attorneys and directors to exercise "prosecutorial discretion" – meaning less likelihood of deportation – for illegal aliens who have been students in the U.S., who have been in the country since childhood or who have served in the American military.

Boehner should take the floor and proclaim that the taxpayers can no longer afford to pay do-nothing ICE agents to stand around and watch crimes take place.
Introduce a bill to defund ICE and reapportion its funds to the states. Maybe they'll take their jobs more seriously.

he didn’t “slip” anything past anybody. The Oligarchy is gonna need votes to override Flyover Country’s threat of Constitutional Government. This is one piece in the puzzle preventing that. Boehner et al winked and chuckled.

The closest I have ever come to getting banned from FR was in 2006 when I called GWB "Jorge".
But Bush is gone and we now have Obummer. And I do believe he should be impeached.

This article was actually buried in the local fish wrap so I saw it a day after it hit Drudge.
The man child will sell what’s left of his Islamic Socialist heart and do what he can to win a second term.
This really pisses me off.
I was sailing in the San Juan Islands with friends recently, and got boarded by the Coast Guard.
They were very nice, but we had to hand them our ID- even though we were sailing in US waters- so they could run a Border Patrol check.
They even asked my husband to show his neck, because someone who had a similar name- with a criminal record- had neck tattoes.
US citizens have to go through this BS, and illegal aliens get a free pass once they are on US soil?
Is there a place, anyplace, that I can retire to? The US is turning into a police state against its own citizens, while handing out the welcome mat to illegals.
That's what I'm screaming about. Not only do they never see the horse until he's left the gate—they don't know the horse is there. They should always expect the worst from the socialist. When will they learn—I know, I know. :>)
