I do not believe in genetic inferiority. I DO believe in cultural inferiority. Take a hundred black infants and scatter them among a 100 middle class and white professional couples, and in 18 years the percentage of college graduates, professionals, etc. will be exactly the same as white. Take a hundred black genius babies and leave them in the African American community, and in 18 years you'll have the same number of car thieves, drug addicts, and pimps as any other group.
There are cultures that are simply inferior and will always turn out inferior people, no matter what their genetic background.

That control group would have to be a sizeable group of black children raised in “white” families with no “cultural sensitivity” to their “blackness”. IE, raised as “white” kids in a “white” culture.
I agree with you, cannot think. I’m white. My wife and I adopted six black kids from Ethiopia. We raised them as we had been raised, that is, as Americans. All have done very well, including being straight A students in high school.
When our three youngest went to high school they were appaled at the ignorance, stupidity and racism exhibited by the typical black student.

One of the things I looked for when Mrs WBill and I were looking at public schools (and, frankly, a community to live in), was people with the same values as me.
I didn't care what the people looked like, so long as there were two parents in the house, they're interested in raising their kids, valued hard work, education, and so on.
I wound up in a mostly white community (some here on FR would call it "obvious", I'd imagine). The school is one of the best in the region. Not much in the way of crime, I still lock the doors out of habit, but many of my neighbors don't bother. The neighbors that I've talked to are mostly small business owners, or work in the medical field. Lots of military in the area, as well.
And, to prove your point, I've attended a number of school functions... Regardless of race, Mom AND Dad show up ... not just grandma, with her daughter's 5 kids by 5 separate baby daddies. IMHO, people rise to the expectations that are set.
The place isn't ideal, there's problems just like anyplace else. But it's a damn sight better than the city that I moved out of.
Look up what Darwin had to say about race. The leftists ignore it and focus on Darwin vs. religion.

I agree completely, its not genetics, its the culture. In addition, it is difficult for black kids raised outside their destructive culture to stay out of it. I knew some black kids who where smart and did well in school. Their parents tried their best to keep them away from the bad elements but as they got older it was impossible. They ended up getting in trouble and dropping out.
Perhaps you don’t have children? Most parents quickly realize empirically that nature is much stronger than nurture.

Well you can disagree all you want, but what you were asserting was already examined in multiple studies and you would be wrong.
Not only did performance not match up but the IQs were still the normally observed 1.5 standard deviations off.

That’s a liberal fantasy that numerous scientific case studies - studies that follow kids in exactly the kind of situations you describe - have discredited.
Someone’s IQ is what it is. It won’t rise significantly just because you “mix” the person with others of a higher IQ.

It’s not a matter of genetic “inferiority”, but rather, the reality that populations of a lower IQ cannot “raise themselves upward” to the degree that populations of a higher IQ can. Why was it that — until “the wheel” was introduced to them — that some populations could not “discover” even something as simple as that?
How many doctors have you run into with an IQ of 87?

And yet, if you watch professional sports, you plainly see that in certain sports such as basketball and football, teams are dominated by certain races that are physically stronger, can run faster and jump higher than white athletes. You say that isn’t genetic? If genetics can favor certain races’ muscles, can’t the same principle be assumed for brains as well?
