Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann, fresh off of being informed people think she’s flaky, also took time to speak with Bob Schieffer. Schieffer was most interested in learning whether Bachmann regretted some of her strongest rhetoric against President Obama from the past, and Bachmann admitted “there’s a lot of things I wish I had said differently.”
Bachmann informed Schieffer that despite some past comments, “I don’t question the President’s patriotism at all.”

I don’t regret what she said in fact, I question his patriotism everyday.
Wow...clearly the MB of a year ago has been kidnapped and replaced with a weaker, more compliant doppelganger.

Bachmann remains in lockstep
with Romney, Soros, and Obama.
The pRes_ _ent doesn’t care a whit
about America, the American people,
their freedom or the US Constitution.
Of course I don’t like that Bachmann has gone ‘full Rove’ as far as Obama is concerned—and in other ways.
But I will give her this, she does a fantastic job of maintaining a steady, serious and seriously unflappable tone and demeanor in her interviews. In that sense of professional presentation, I would give her an A+.
MB is just parroting the words of her horse trainer, Myth Romney and following the orders of Rollins to keep her hopes alive for RomneyCare’s VP.
Rather disgusting...even for an ex-IRS attorney who prosecuted Americans for > decade after working on Carter’s campaign. Carter, for Heaven’s sake!
Bachmann does a good job with this, not to mention she is brave enough to sit with Sheiffer face to face.
Hey MB ... don’t start apologizing! We get enough of that these days. Say it, stick with it. If you wimp out on us, all we have left to nominate is Elmer Fudd.
BACHMANN should not be backing down, she should be reciting the facts that support the view that Obama is Un-American.The case needs to be clearly and concisely made to the public.
Appointing Czars unaccounatble to Congress and his various other disregards for the Constitution could be a start, together with his surreptitious but verifiable support of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Bachmann will never get the nomination if she backs down.
As I wrote to Face the Nation— I disagree with her-even as I understand why she might now say she regrets telling the truth.I believe Obama has made manifest many times and in many ways that he holds anti-American views. Those views are reflected in the policies he promotes-and in the laws he has signed.His contempt for America,Our Flag, our Military, Our Constitution, Our way of life has been made manifest in the books that bear his name and in his actions as he pretends to be President.
We're doomed, if this is the kind of balls our candidates have.
If you listened, she did nothing to wimp out. These people will try to trap you into looking like you are nuts. She handled it very well and maintained dignity while getting her point across.
A more accurate description of Barry Soetero would be “ignorant, narcassistic, lying, murdering traitor.”
GOP presidential candidates are free to use that phrase all they want. It also applies to clymers of the fifth-column LSM.
I'm sure the Bachmann supporters will come along any moment and explain why this is good......
I think they're on strike 5 by now.
To be fair, Palin has also said ‘nice’ things about Obama.
