The BOM, when using the word “Jesus”, is not speaking of the same personality the bible is when it uses the word “Jesus”. For starters, the mormon Jesus did not die as a sacrifice for our sins. Rather, He died as a partial sacrifice. There is a chasm between the implications of each of those.
