Confirmed dead were the truck driver - who is from a small county in eastern Nevada - a train conductor and at least three passengers. They know who the truck driver was. So where's the rest of the information on him?

No idea. The article mentioned it is a wide open stretch of highway. Locals mentioned it would have been very hard to not have seen the train.
That's all I know from reading the sfgate article.
