Wat het meest verbaast, is dat Saudi Arabian Airlines (grotendeels) staatseigendom is. Dus Saoedi-Arabië is eigenaar van een bedrijf dat een vorm van Apartheid hanteert. Interessant, vooral omdat allerlei Groenlinksgekkies ons voortdurend wijzen op de merites van de islamitische cultuur en het Midden-Oosten als geheel. Apartheid is er aan de orde van de dag, maar moslims zijn zielig dus hun cultuur is eigenlijk vet cool.

Delta Airlines, in its new alliance with Saudi Arabian Airlines, might wind up making a bargain shocking Jews and Christians — no Jews, no Bibles on board to the desert kingdom.

Just the other day there was an article here showing the USA has three times the oil reserves as Saudi Arabia. Since the only thing that keeps the House of Saud and the entire Middle East from collapsing into self inflicted suicide, tell me again why we buy that oil?
