I don't believe they would let her sit on a jury. The defense attorney wouldn't think she would be likely enough to sympathize with the defendant.

She might get challenged and kicked out quickly, but she likely still has to show up.

The attorneys will have an opportunity to vet the jurors. She's showing up, just as she should. There's no harm in that.
