Actually, one can define that "class of people" even more precisely by specifying that it is one gender within the "born" class which decides the fate of the unborn souls who are deprived of life and the liberty to enjoy it. Why has there been no outcry from the Left concerning this "gender bias"?

Thanks, too, to EternalVigilance for restating the very foundation of our Constitution's protections for liberty, Thomas Jefferson's capsulization of the founding premise, as contained in the Declaration of Independence:

"The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time: the hand of force may destroy, but cannot disjoin them."

Jefferson's final clause outlines the summary judgment of what happens when the unborn are denied their life and liberty.
