A report on Twitter by the Huffington Post's White House correspondent Sam Stein says:
Van Jones lawyer has sent Fox News a cease in (sic) desist order demanding it immediately stop broadcasting 6 specific characterizations of him 42 minutes ago via TweetDeck
No details online yet, but it probably has something to do with Glenn Beck :-)

They’ve been quiet about Beck for the last couple of months but suddenly during the last week of his show they all want a fight.
Real tough trying to pick a fight with the guy on his way out the door. Especially considering the fact that Glenn spent the last two years challenging them to face him.
