“There are none so blind as those, that will not see.”

...The PDSrs that criticize without affirming their choice...belong to Romney, some know it...and others are too simple minded to see it.

” Honestly, I posted this in order for thoughtful Palin supporters in FR to refute what she wrote, not simply to read people badmouth the writer. “ ===========

Did I write this column?

Sarah is the new religion among our friends, a new idol in an age of celebrety and a rightous cause. Any calculations at variance with the religion is blasphemy. After all, we’re after getting her the Republican nomination and not ousting Obama. Any utterance that she can not win the election in a close race loosens the kitchen sink.

The plan is to get her the nomination at any cost, nevermind getting Obama bounced which is secondary to the soar of the feel good moment a nomination would bring.

While our conservative candidates are in, running, debating and making appearances saying everything Sarah has said, but with longer resumes, broader experiences, years of political accomplishments (in office where it actually counts for something), on the field, with more credits, more re-elections, greater coherency, every bit as much passion, but with much more media savy and far less media meanies warfare.

One might wonder if Sarah can now even carry Alaska, or the Governor’s Association, or the Independents and moderate Republicans required for the actual win. Who cares? It’s just the nomination we want. /s

Of course I’m lying. The whole world loves Palin and Gallup and Rasmussen and everybody else are all part of the vast antiPalin conspiracy!

You're lying again by deflecting to Rasmussen and Gallup.

YOu stated a distinct fact concerning Governor Palin's approval rating when she left office.

You were wrong and got caught and do not have the grace to admit you made a mistake.

Shame on you!

"Most women constantly compare themselves to other women, whether they admit it or not. I find it interesting that this author says it’s not about Sarah’s looks, but then proceeds to rag on every single one of Sarah’s physical features."

Reading your comment brought to mind my visit with a relative who lives in a memory care Alzheimer's facility... I like to go at dinnertime and visit with her and other residents. A woman at our table kept looking across to the neighboring table and commenting over and over again about a woman at that table as "ugly". "who is that ugly woman over there?" "Look at that ugly woman". I tried to stop it by telling her the other woman was much older than her and so her looks have faded... her answer "that is one ugly woman.. I will never look like that when I get old". Point is that women do compare and judge one another. It is a fact of life.

This idiot woman thinks a Tina Fey quote is the same thing as a Sarah Palin quote.

That's all you need to know.

Yeah, the irony inherent in anyone that obdurately ignorant, re: even baseline facts on the ground, critcizing the intelligence and/or capabilities of others is rather remarkably... ummmmmmm... pungent, isn't it? ;)

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but there are no honest pollsters anymore! The “SCIENCE” of political polling is long since dead.

Pollsters only manufacture opinion, Does not matter if it is Fox,Ras, Gallup etc.

George Gallup was a pioneer in polling, he is long gone and has absolutely nothing to do with Gallup today.

For the record I have held this view going back many years, long before I ever heard of Sarah Palin.

Pollsters only manufacture opinion. And now they even average phony polls, don’t even mention the “science “ of actually averaging unscientific partisan media polls..what a joke that is.

All the pollsters are either liberal or Rep establishment.

Even if a honest pollster came along, would not matter at this point because people are saturated by the current partisan polls. The pool is totally polluted

“September 4th, 2008 - November 4th, 2008.”

Are you dense? A VP candidate doesn’t give press conferences, they go to political rallies to activate voters, which Palin did in spades for dullard McCain.

She brought in huge crowds and she will do it again, if she decides to run. Not to mention she will get mega volunteers and financial resources.

No, actually it doesn't. That is just a dumb syllogism that has been dragged out, of late, to explain away why some very ill/uniformed, petulant woman don't "like" Palin, because they can't truly come up with a real reason!

Perhaps it is true of some, but then, those females are easily led/swayed by others and just want to appear to be what they aren't.....thoughtful beings.
