Three years ago I called him a smart ass an s.o.b. and a enemy of the state..............after three years of chastising me , two nights ago my wife said your right, he is just that.
Vetting that so-called comic would have been a good idea. His act sounds like some of the tasteless stuff done at Press Club dinner or something Whoopi Goldberg would do.
Not funny and in incredibly poor taste and gives ammunition to the critics who say pubs are racist. (not that they need ammunition, but ..)
Letterman is the most vile of the late night morons, IMO.
Now that last line of yours was actually funny. It was clever and a good play on words.
Now compare that to the punk who was removed from the stage. I'm not offended at all by his schtick. My point is that it was the wrong venue.
Example: I like a good double-entendre, but I don't like them in G-rated movies aimed at kids. Yet the pop culture is increasingly foisting this crap on us, and it's become commonplace to see brief scenes of "adult" humor in these movies and shows. Is it funny? Maybe. But it's damn inappropriate!
And so are cheap comedic shots at the color of one's skin at a forum for social conservatives.
I expect such "humor" from Letterman. Not from the RLC.

Well, if you extend the comedic stage into the orchestra box and wipe out a few rows of front seats, it all fits.
The point is, FRiend, that we can’t be wringing our hands if a comedian steps on liberals and RINOs. I don’t care.
We’re at war, and anything that diminishes that Mau-Mau savage infesting our whitehouse suits me fine.

In a way, I feel a little sorry for the guy. He probably built his act around what his showbiz friends told him Republicans would like. Next time, he should probably ask an actual Republican.

I, too, love to skewer libs and RINOs. But I never target their skin color, sex, etc. To poke fun at a lib, all you have to do is bring up their INSANE agenda.
