(Reuters) - Barack Obama, whose Kenyan father left his family when the future U.S. president was 2 years old, said Saturday he still thinks about how things would have worked out had his dad been there.
"I felt his absence. And I wonder what my life would have been like had he been a greater presence," Obama said in his weekly radio and Internet address a day before Father's Day in the United States.
The president said that being a father was "sometimes my hardest, but always my most rewarding job," and called on other fathers to make spending time with their kids a priority even when times are tough.
"And life is tough for a lot of Americans today. More and more kids grow up without a father figure. Others miss a father who's away serving his country in uniform. And even for those dads who are present in their children's lives, the recession has taken a harsh toll," he said.

On August 31, 1961, Obama Sr. was in Honolulu filing papers with the INS trying to extend his stay for another year and also trying to get permission to work part-time up to 25 hours a week. The form asks him to list any wife and children. He lists Stanley Ann as wife, but LEAVES BLANK the space for any child. Did he EVEN KNOW at the end of August he had a child born by Stanley Ann in early August?
If at the end of August, Obama Sr. did not know he had a baby by Stanley Ann, then it appears he never even laid eyes on little Barry, at least until Barry was 10 years old and Obama Sr. came back to Hawaii to visit his college buddies.
Here's a more plausible theory than the discredited official Obama narrative:
The two sleazy commies Obama Sr. and 17-year old college freshman Stanley Ann have a drunken hookup in the fall of 1960.
Obama Sr. agrees to marry SAD in Feb 1961 in order to legitimize the baby.
Then he finds out SAD was also occasionally getting it on with Frank Marshall Davis. Obama Sr. now figures that maybe the pregnancy is NOT his, and he has an out. He probably kicks himself for having married SAD.
Obama Sr. tells SAD to go get an abortion, just like he did with the high school girl in Boston he got pregnant while at Harvard. Obama Sr. tells SAD that if she doesn't get an abortion, he is not going to have anything more to do with her and will not recognize the baby as his. Her parents also think she should get an abortion.
The headstrong SAD thinks she is carrying the first-born child of some kind of African prince or something, and doesn't agree to get an abortion. She thinks once she has the baby, especially if it is a son, there is no way that Obama Sr. will then turn his back on his own first-born son (she doesn't know he already had a first-born son back in Africa).
So she decides to have the baby anyway, and scrapes together enough cash to buy a plane ticket back to Seattle where she hunkers down with her high school friends. Maybe she gives birth in a nearby Canadian hospital or home for unwed mothers. She stays on in Seattle after giving birth to be among her high school friends and attend college there.
Her mother Toot sends SAD money periodically in Seattle to let her scrape by at college and takes care of the birth registration back in Honolulu.
Alternatively, if the story of her traveling to Kenya by herself is true, maybe she travels there to confront his family. Maybe she is under the impression they are some kind of African royalty and thinks if they know she is carrying his first-born, then they will pressure Obama Sr. into taking her.
After having the baby, SAD pleads with Obama Sr. to take her back and he ignores her. He leaves for Harvard while she is still living in Seattle.
Eventually, SAD gives up on the idea of Obama Sr. getting together with her and the baby. She divorces him but does not bother to seek child support, since she knows he will not concede the baby is his. In his INS documents, Obama Sr. does not list the child Barry as one of his children.
How ironic is it that Obama Jr. worships Obama Sr., yet it may well be the case that Obama Sr. abandoned him from the moment of birth because SAD would not kill him in the womb?
And that Obama Jr. is a hard-core abortion supporter, supporting even partial-birth abortion?
If dad had stayed home he would not have become president and we all would have been happier.

The arrogance of the man still using the “nativity” story when it’s been proven so wrong, it’s actually stayed on Wiki (that SAD went to WA). With a willing MSM that won’t bring up the inconsistencies, lies, and covers for him, I guess he can be that arrogant.
Exactly. More lies from the usurper. His KENYAN father was never in the picture during the first two years of his life and there’s a good possiblity he wasn’t there at the time of conception. But, I’m willing to give him the conception just to prove he’s not, isn’t, and never will be a NATURAL BORN US CITIZEN. Can’t wait for the day that Lakin slaps handcuffs on him and leads him out the back door of the WH past the rest of the garbage and straight to Lakin’s old cell.
This is just one more indication of the main theme of his re-election campaign - He’s a black victim, so vote for him.
But not grandkids since he doesn't want his daughters to have the burden of an unplanned pregnancy.

The more time Obama spends on the golf course, the better off the country is.
It’s all about me. And it’s all about playing the victim card and all about campaigning 24/7, when he’s not golfing or having a party.
If Barry had been brought up by his father, he would have been raised to be a Communist Muslim postcolonial America hater.
