Here's the historical daily data: CLICK.

Obama last touched -20 in his Approval Rating on April 11, but it was a quick downspike and rebound. The current decline seems to be settling into a new "trading range" -- the last six Approval Ratings (each of which are based on 3-day rolling averages) are -18, -18, -17, -19, -19, -20. This is Obama's worst multi-day stretch since March, and it threatens to become his worst since September, '10.
