They are getting frantic that their object of worship is still keeping them in the dark, while being eclipsed by a strong, experienced, extremely conservative woman who impresses not just the right, but independents and Reagan Democrats too. It's sad that you and tohers on this board are blind as to what is going on. Get back to me when MB starts her bus tour.

Experienced?
Only if you want some tips on foster parenting. Everything else seems to have been a colossal waste of her time and her supporters money.

I don't mind discussing the subject... and out of all of the candidates in the race today... Bachmann is probably the best of the bunch... but if for some reason Palin does not run... and I do not think that will happen... I think that she will run... but if she does not... Bachmann's supporters here may just piss us all off so much that we will refuse to ever support her. When it comes to Bachmann... my opinion is that if she starts no crap... there will be no crap. So far it seems that she has made some unwise choices... plus her past as a dim activist and carter employee does nothing to build confidence in me.

Used to be a huge Bachmann fan, but the Ed Rollins comment showed me that she is scared of Sarah and a backstabber. Her refusal to slam Romney over Romneycare has sent up red flags and makes me question her gravitas and intentions. The fact that she has zero executive experience, never won a state wide election, and is being pushed hard on voters by the MSM concerns me. I used to love MB, but I prefer to see her in the Congress and not in the Presidency. But we have primaries so that people can run and see if they get the nod. I will say though that nobody in this race has a more fired up base than Sarah Palin, when MB draws thousands of people to see her, forces the media to take attention in a bus tour, changes the news cycle with one tweet, or gets more Facebook followers than Palin, then I’ll and many other Palin supporters will take notice of a credible challenger. Until then I’ll let MB keep Palin’s seat warm because once Palin enters the race Michelle’s gig is up. jmo.

Bachmann is slowly working to force my vote to some other person, Be it on the ballot or write-in. I’m thinking she is becoming another McCain like candidate.

The bigger issue here (and don't think it doesn't matter to real Tea Party people) is her refusal to criticize state mandates.
But WTH do I know? I'm just a mindless Bachmann basher. /s

For her to enter, would greatly fragment the Tea Party as well as divide a large number of different factionsYou have Bachmann's role perfectly right! Brilliant...

Announcement about Michele Bachmann memoirs today. One of two things, if not both. Money and name recognition.
First I thought she was a fund raising machine. Almost assuredly she isn't going to be able to count on the money from Palin supporters, regardless of Palin's decision. This looks like a Hail Mary.
Secondly, even after all the TV and Tea Party events over the past several years, people still don't know her from Adam's house cat.
She has more ground to make up than her sychophant supporters on this board seem to understand.

I said it yesterday in another thread about Bachmann. Here it is again.
She reminds me of an opening act NOT a main attraction.
I don't dislike her. I just do not get a major energy hit from her.
To: Outlaw Woman
And I think the more attention she gets, the more careless she will get.
She will flame out, IMO
To: VideoDoctor
I’m growing to dislike her very much.
To: All
No Michelle, I am NOT satisfied and I don’t appreciate you speaking for me.

I believe her assertion is in direct conflict with recent polling.

The only reason that I can think of that she would say this is if she was offered a VP slot with a front-running candidate. I am certainly not happy with many of the candidates.

Well, but now that she has declared, we need look no further. /s

Agree 100%. Cain will do the same thing imo. The other ‘so-called’ candidates have already eliminated themselves by their stance on global warming and other careless remarks.
