Darrell Issa, Allen West Vote To KEEP Pigford Funds
Big Government ^ | 16 June 2011 | Lee Stranahan

Rep. King’s amendment failed – here’s the roll call vote. Every Democrat voted against it – but it lost because 78 Republicans also went against stopping over a billion dollars in money being paid out for fraud. Two votes jumped out at me.

Tea Party favorite Allen West (R-FL) voted with the Congressional Black Caucus to keep Pigford funding flowing to fraudsters.

But worse, Darrell Issa (R-CA), who would be the one to get investigations going.

Got it.

At this point nothing will improve unless and until DC has a high colonic and gets rid of the old boyism compromise incest that goes on there as SOP. And the fedgov cuts out every single thing it does that is not mandated by the Constitution.

And that won’t happen until the whole shebang collapses. Which is getting closer every day.

Doesn’t look good. West voted with every single Democrat and against the majority of Republicans for what we know to be a major reparations scam.

The vote was just on the Pigford amendment to a larger bill:

He might not have voted FOR the Pigford Settlement but for an amendment attached to it. The status of the bill shows that the whole House voted on the bill and it’s considered unfinished business. Which means that it’s not passed.

The bill passed the House with the Pigford money included.

Any other bright statements to add?

Well so far I see that my other Congressional hero, Trent Franks voted on the side of the angels, which only reinforces my belief that there has to be something more at work here.

I’ll gladly admit it if I’m wrong but call it gut instinct. There is no way West pulls the race card. Not with his background.

Something smells rotten here Ted Poe of TX voted no. What kind of scam or trade off is going on here?

Something smells here. Ted Poe voted no too. I can’t see him doing this. Did people vote for them or change votes or what. I know conservatives are hated by the wrong people; but something is not right here.

Exactly. The most conservative members of Congress voted two different ways.

There is more that we are not aware of, and I’m not making excuses for West when I say that. Something is going on.

Then somebody better come up with a good explanation, and fast, because on the face of it this is a freaking disgrace.

It looks like Allen West is a reparations guy, just like Ubama.

I sure don’t like the way Bachman is showing either. Sounds like RINOS and the Dimwits have hatched a plan to continue the destruction of America.

Bachman IMO, is a writeoff. She has made too many mistakes in too short a time. At one point she was solid. Too many screw-ups for my taste. She went native.

Congratulations to Rep. Steve King for keeping up the pressure on waste and fraud, even when he loses.

That’s what is screwy about this. All of the sudden there are several going native. Ted Poe of all people. It doesn’t make sense unless the RINOS and dimwits are trying to demoralize us.
