I have come to the conclusion that once you get past the fiery rhetoric there just isn't much there, there.
As crass as it sounds if she had a real record of accomplishment she wouldn't have to constantly remind people of her 23 foster children. IMO, that should have stayed a nice back story. It should not have made it to the front page of her resume. I believe she is exploiting that experience and is the last straw.
I’m right there with ya, bean.

Like you, I have been a Bachmann supporter from when I first became aware of her. But, the data I'm now seeing about her political career and her political alliances is disturbing.
Unlike many, I always thought that her presidential ambitions were premature, and ill-advised. I liked her very much for what she was bringing to the Tea Party movement, but Bachmann for president? I could never quite wrap my head around that. It's always seemed like a terrible over-reach on her part, to me.
I was willing to simply allow her the leeway to pursue what I thought was a fool's errand in the presidential race. I had no illusions that she'd actually win, but perhaps she'd gain some valuable big league experience for another time.
Now, with Rollins out there bashing Palin, and the revelations about her early connections (and political debt) to Rove, I'm feeling quite a bit different about her.
I don't like a back-stabber, and I'm afraid she's now earned the title. I wasn't going to support her in her presidential bid anyway, but her betrayal of Sarah is a long-term deal-breaker for me. It's a serious black mark against her character.
