Watch out for Mama Grizzly's Bite, Palin is More Dangerous to Main Stream Than Ever
ChicoER Gate ^ | 6/16/11 | Chuck Wolk

Posted on 06/16/2011 9:22:05 AM PDT by OneVike

For 32 months, the MSM has scrutinized every aspect of Sarah Palin's life. Now we can add to that anal exam the unprecedented release of all her personal and business email correspondence from her tenure as Governor of Alaska. There is nothing Americans do not know about Mrs. Palin, yet she still makes the left cringe when she speaks. It really makes one wonder what, if anything, could destroy this Momma Grizzly. After all, there have been politicians who have crumbled under much less, yet this Grizzly still roars in defiance at the mainstream political establishment that hopes and works for her political demise.

Charles Hurt's recent Washington Times column (below) follows along this line of thinking. Mr. Hurt makes an excellent point why Sarah Palin is so dangerous after so many attempts to destroy her by the mainstream political world. He uses Sarah's own description of herself to educate her enemies about taking on an adversary so strong and powerful as the Lady from the North.

Besides the portion I excerpted above, the rest of the article is also a good read. Like Mr. Hurt, I believe that if the Alaskan Grizzly emerges unscathed from all the the hate, prejudice, and distortion that she has endured so far from those wishing for her downfall, then there will be no stopping her. Like a Mama Grizzly that awakens from her slumber in the spring after a long winter's nap, Sarah will emerge as the undisputed leader of the political world that is in the process of destroying itself.

I am truly amazed that so many can be duped by the lies of the left. Without exception, the MSM has been carrying the water of the mainstream political world for many years, but never has it gone to such lengths to destroy one individual as it has with Sarah Palin. There is no politician in America that the mainstream political world fears as much as they do Mrs. Palin. With the millions that the MSM has spent on investigating her, it makes one wonder why they would not spend at least a tenth of that amount on telling Americans about Obama's past.

I am still waiting for anyone to please tell me what passport Obama had before he was elected to the Senate. Does anyone know when Obama was living in Indonesia with his mom and step-father?  I ask because all we know to this day is that "Barry Soetoro" was listed as an Indonesian citizen on his school registration in Indonesia. Is it any wonder we question his citizenship? Even after he released his birth certificate, it just left us with more questions than answers, because it does not look legit to many.

Then there are questions we have about his academic records at Columbia College and Harvard Law school. Why are they off limits? Both Harvard and Columbia have put them under lock and key, while refusing to release them or any information about his grades. Why, could someone help us? If he were treated like Sarah Palin, we would know what bathrooms he used while attending college. Donald Trump said it best when he said,

"I heard he was a terrible student, terrible. How does a bad student go to Columbia and then to Harvard? I have friends who have smart sons with great marks, great boards, great everything and they can't get into Harvard. We don't know a thing about this guy. There are a lot of questions that are unanswered about our president."

Donald trump is correct, and the MSM knows it. The truth is, had the MSM performed just half of the anal exam on Obama back in 2008 as they have on Sarah, then Hilary Clinton would have been John McCain's opponent. Plus, after he picked Sarah Palin as his running mate, I am convinced he would have beaten Hilary, because she was unelectable. That is why they didn't investigate him. They knew that Hilary couldn't get elected, so they needed to play to America's guilt, and Obama fit the bill.

So, it really begs the question, that if Sarah Palin is as stupid and inept as they claim she is, and her tenure as governor of Alaska was so bad, then why spend so much energy in their attempt to destroy her? Well, the following is something I put together that will help educate those who do not know the truth about Palin, because the MSM has never told you. They know that if you know the truth, it will set your mind free of their lies and distortions. So, here you go. Read and get educated on the Grizzly.

  • The reason Sarah quit the governorship was twofold.  First and foremost, Sarah had done everything she said she would do when she ran for office.  For what was left, her successor could be just as effective. Second, the left started filling frivolous lawsuits against her, and unlike the other 48 governors, the Attorney General of Alaska does not routinely represent the governor when accusations and complaints are filed against the office holder under the operative ethics statutes.  (This means that the governor has to personally pay for her or his own legal defense personally.) Basically she was sued out of office.

  • It is quite interesting the way her detractors forget how she was the darling of the Democrats before the national media knew who she was.  What they conveniently forgot was the way Palin took the Governor's office away from a fellow Republican and tough SOB, named Frank Murkowski.  Yes, the father of Lisa (It's my seat, mine, mine, mine) Murkowski. Back then the media and the left loved her because she tore into the corrupt good old boy's, "Country Club"  Republicans, and sent them packing. Many of them are now residing in State housing and wearing orange jump suits.  Back then the Democrats reacted by skipping around the yard, throwing confetti and singing, "la la la la" (well, you know how they are). Name another governor in this country that has ever done anything similar to taking on their own party.

  • Now with the corrupt good old boys death grip on the state broken, there were fewer Alaskan politicians to protect the huge, giant oil companies. So Sarah constructed and enacted a new system of splitting the oil profits called "ACES" (Alaska's Clear and Equitable Share). Exxon, the biggest corporation in the world, protested and Sarah told them, "don't let the door hit you in the derriere on your way out." They stayed, and Alaska residents went from being merely wealthy to being filthy rich. Of course, the other huge international oil companies meekly fell in line. Again, give me the name of any other governor in the country that has done anything similar.

  • Another thing the Grizzly did when she walked into the governor's office was she got the list of State requests for federal funding for pork-barrel projects. She went through the list, took 85% of them and placed them in the "when-hell-freezes-over" stack. She let locals know that if we need something built, we'll pay for it ourselves. Maybe she figured she could use the money she got from selling the previous governor's jet because it was extravagant. She even suggested that the money saved from the "Bridge to Nowhere" be given to Minnesota to help pay for the I-35 bridge that collapsed. Minnesota to help pay for the I-35 bridge that collapsed. Then there was the money she saved the tax payers by dismissing the governor's cook, giving back the State vehicle issued to her, and dismissing her State provided security force. After all she was packing heat, but no one knew at the time, so I doubt that any attack on her would have been successful. Could someone please give me a list of governors who have offered money allocated for their state to another?

  • Now, even with her much-ridiculed "gosh and golly" mannerism, she also managed to put together a totally new approach to getting a natural gas pipeline built which will be the biggest private construction project in the history of North America. No one else could do it although they tried. If that doesn't impress you, then you're trying too hard to be unimpressed while watching her do things like this while baking up a batch of brownies with her other hand.

  • For 30 years, Exxon held a lease to do exploratory drilling at a place called Point Thompson. They made excuses the entire time why they couldn't start drilling. In truth they were holding it like an investment. No governor for 30 years could make them get started. Then, she told them she was revoking their lease and kicking them out. They protested and threatened court action. She shrugged and reminded them that she knew the way to the court house. Alaska won again.

  • We have all heard how Obama wants the nation to be on 25% renewable resources for electricity by 2025. However, when was the last time you heard from the MSM that Sarah Palin went to the Alaskan legislature and submitted a plan for Alaska to be at 50% renewable energy by 2025. As of today, Alaska is already at 25%. I'm still waiting to hear from those who support the mainstream politicians on both sides of the aisle, about the list of names they have of other governors who can match what Sarah accomplished in just two and a half years as governor of Alaska.

You need to remember in November 2010 most of those things mentioned on your list were present and the Democrats still held the Senate.

You need to remember that the Dems got shellacked in Nov 2010, it was a bigger loss than 1994! And they were defeated because of the tea party and the ineptness of Obama, we may have even won the Senate if it wasn’t for RINOs dumping on Chrisitne O’Donell and refusing to fund her race. They got their asses handed to them, man the glass will always be half empty for you huh?

This fixation on money is wrong to a large degree.

The experience of Meg Whitman last year is solid evidence of that. She spent well over 150 million in her campaign and fell short by over a million votes. What beat her? As a worker in the local GOP office, I fielded calls from people concerned with the "fact" that she abused her housekeeper, who turned out to be an illegal alien and had lied to get her job. Pure fabrication by the MSM, but enough to turn the tables against Whitman. She also lacked possibly the most important aspect of campaigning in a hostile environment....grassroots support.

What Sarah Palin has developed over the past three years, money cannot buy. Each dedicated grassroots volunteer is worth at least $10,000, and she has at least a million. One volunteer knocking on doors and talking to their neighbors is more effective than a thousand pieces of junk mail, a hundred TV commercials, etc.

As far as campaign funds are concerned, there is little doubt that the incoming flow, once she announces, will top everyone's (Including Sarah's) expectations.

I fully agree that she has done everything right so far, and all Soros' and the Unions money cannot put Humpty Dumpty together again. Sarah, even if she chooses to not run, has already won, but I believe she will.

As for me, I tithe at my church. It may be a struggle, but should be able to donate another 10% to save my country!

“Sorry to have to disagree but she will not win.”

Over my dead and exhausted body. I want her to get the nomination so badly I can taste it. We need to get articles like these and facts about her accomplishments in the faces of every American, male and/or female. She can handle the slimes in the “media”. Then, each and every one of us needs to do what Hussein told his “lemmings” to do - get in their faces - this time politely and factually - but persistently. Reagan has been reincarnated - BELIEVE IT!!!!!!

Or could it be that O’Donnell, Angle, Miller, just were not that great of candidates? If I recall correctly, they kind of deserve some of the blame. Like the “I am not a witch” commercial, or Angle’s “I don’t know that all of you are Latino. Some of you look a little more Asian to me” to a bunch of kids, or Miller using his private bodyguards to arrest a supporter. These were just stupid mistakes. As far as my glass it always overflows, I am a Jerseygirl.

Love that man, gave him my first vote and will never forget it. Totally disagree with you about the comparison. Today is much different then the Reagan years. You have a constant media feed through technology. A public more influenced by the media. A dumbing down America, explains how Obama won. A more entitled mentality population. Kind of comparing the 40’s to the 70’s (influence of the television). Different times, different results. Obama may be losing some points in polling in those mentioned states but he still beats Palin.

>But unfortunately we have a lot of stupid people in this Country, that is how he got to be President in the first place.

Yeah, but maybe some of them are realizing what a mistake they made.

>In order for the GOP candidate to win they are going to have to carry Independents and the woman vote and Mrs. Palin can not carry either one of those groups.

I don’t know about that. Anything is possible.

>She will have to carry important states like PA, FL and OH, don’t think she can turn the page back and reintroduce herself to those that don’t like her.

Maybe she can, if she works at it.

>The only one who could do this is a Trump, Giuliani or Christie type more in the middle of the road. They won’t seem as too extreme or threatening.

And yet McCain was probably the epitome of the moderate Republican, and he lost. Those people who see Palin as “extreme” or “threatening” probably get all their info from the CLAMs-Corrupt Liberal American Media. If they were to take a look at Palin’s actual record, they might find out differently.

>You need to remember in November 2010 most of those things mentioned on your list were present and the Democrats still held the Senate.

We won the House. We could have won the Senate too, if things were different.

>When times get bad and more and more Americans turn to the Government for help and there is less chance that they will vote the incumbents out.

On the other hand, people who are frustrated with the economy might well vote the bums out.

>Sorry to have to disagree but she will not win.

Not necessarily. Anything’s possible.

>She is a threat to many women, sadly, and will not get their important vote

Hell of a time for women to be catty. :-) Still, she might carry at least some women. Also, some of Hussein’s supporters might well be so disillusioned with him that they stay home no matter what.

>Saying that however, she is still the most powerful woman in the world. Every thing she says and does gets the world’s attention like no other person.

True that.

>Ms. Palin does not need to be POTUS to be powerful. Her messages will be heard much louder from her current podium.

So you think that she would better serve the conservative cause as spokeswoman?

>>We won the House. We could have won the Senate too, if things were different<<

The Senate was lost in Delaware. O'Donnell, with the enthusiastic backing of the mainstream GOP, would have won a close race. The polls in DE closed hours before any other state, and the immediate declaration of her loss discouraged a lot of GOP voters elsewhere, such as WV, CO, NV and WA, and perhaps a couple others, not to mention more than a few house races and state offices.

Thanks to Tokyo Rove and the Johnny come lately RINO mainstream, they probably handed the social...er... Democrats the majority in the Senate, and likely a veto-proof majority in the House.

You know Palin is making a progress when...

1. MSM and RNC elites pimping Romney as the “Establishment, it’s my turn” candidate. Out come the polls showing his as the dominate candidate.

2. MSM and others building up Bachmann as the anti-Palin vote.

3. A new poll showing 45% of GOP doesn’t want Palin to run (she would hurt the party).

Yadda, yadda, yadda

Good points, but I want to add that I think Americans want to be free and want to live in a vibrant economy. Think of the millions that are unemployed or underemployed do you think they’re happy with the current state of the economy? I would have to say no, Americans want jobs and prosperity and I don’t think that we are at the point where the majority of Americans want the government to provide for them. jmo.
