This is the second in a series examining the role supporters of Barack Obama have played in forging fraudulent birth certificates..
NEW YORK – At the center of the network of Obama radical activists who forged and distributed a fraudulent Kenyan birth certificate in August 2009 was disbarred California lawyer William L. Bryan.
Bryan posts as an Obama operative under the username "PJ Foggy" and lives in Raleigh, N.C., where he runs a flower shop.
Under the cover of his username, Bryan and his associates have engaged in an aggressive campaign to disrupt any and all attempts to pursue legal challenges to Obama's eligibility, while seeking to ridicule in vile and abusive terms those who dare advance or support publicly such legal efforts.
In a manner reminiscent of Donald Segretti's dirty tricks during the Watergate era, interfering in the 1970s with the political campaigns of such Democratic Party presidential hopefuls as then-Sen. Edmund Muskie of Maine, Bryan and his associates have utilized the Internet to plan and promote their disruptive name-calling efforts.
Reading Bryan's many Internet posts, there appears to be no concern that advertising their activities to "punk birthers" might draw attention to the various state or federal statutes they may have violated to achieve their aims.

Not only does Obama himself have 58 SSNs, but Michelle Robinson has several (using the same addresses as Barak).
Stanley Ann Dunham, BHOs mother co-resides with them at some of the addresses - and she has been dead since 1995!
THEY are con artists. Susan Daniels and Neil Sankey, both investigators, are doing great jobs at uncovering their fraudulent trails.

How do we know Soetoro legally adopted the boy? In most stepfather cases there is no formal adoption, even if the stepfather’s name is used. Where is the proof he did so?

I follow these threads and believe Obama has eligibility problems. But I have never seen evidence that Obama was legally adopted by his stepdad. What evidence do you have? If it’s only his school papers, that’s nothing.
You could find school papers on my oldest son when he was little where we listed his name with his stepdad’s surname even though he was never adopted by him. My son wanted to use our name so we let him. There were never any problems and eventually he returned to his legal last name.

I am not going to make a great effort to hunt up the evidence because it is not an aspect of this puzzle that intrigues me much, but I will tell you what I remember having read.
1. First, there is that one school record where his name is written "Barry Soetoro." I have repeatedly read that only Indonesian citizens were permitted to go to Indonesian schools.
2. I have read that under Indonesian law, a child is automatically adopted when a man marries the mother, if the child is less than five years of age.
3. On one of Stanley Ann's passport renewal forms, she lists her son's name as Barry SoeBarKah (or some such) According to blogger "Lame Cherry", in the Indonesian language, the name "means literally Who is this, but the son of Soetoro." Signifying that the Indonesians considered him adopted. (Here is a link.)

4. I further recall reading that his sister Maya Soetoro Ng has made a comment that implied he was adopted by her father, Lolo.
5. Maya said: "you were suggesting that because my father, his stepfather, had adopted him, that my brother was no longer American..."
6. The Dunham/Soetoro divorce decree says: "“The parties have 1 children below age 18 and 1 chidren above 18 but still dependent on the parties for education." implying that Barry is also legally Lolo Soetoro's child.
That is what I remember. Now what can you put on the opposite scale to balance that information? Is there proof he wasn't adopted by Lolo Soetoro?
When I was a tiny person, my mother divorced my father and when I was about two, she married this other guy. By the time I went to school I had no knowledge that he was not my real father.
Early on in second grade I was pulled into the school office and informed that I was using the wrong name. I had NO IDEA what in hell they meant. So, the lady bluntly told me that the man my mother was married to, whose last name I had thought to be my own, was NOT my father, but was a step-father that had not adopted me.
I still remember that clearly - it is one of the very few clear memories that I have from my childhood.
I mostly remember the flood of joy - because my step father was a monstrous bastard and I hated him by that time.
Anyway, she told me my true last name. My mother had never even hinted about this to me, so I was stunned.
But you see, this was in the mid-sixties. I was not adopted by this wretch, and had been using the last name when I should not have been.
I lived in a tiny, very rural area of Virginia. I went to a school that had seven rooms for grades one through twelve.
Yet they discovered that I was using the wrong last name and that I had been fraudulently registered.

At this point, I think very few people know the actual truth. It's possible that Barry was never adopted under either Hawaiian law, or Indonesian law, although from what i've read it is automatic under Indonesian law, but that could be wrong.
I believe there has to be an explanation for all the games that Barry has been playing with his birth certificate (other than just wanting to jerk people around) and the adoption theory seems to fit decently. I am willing to entertain any theories that will help to understand what is going on with this guy's past and credentials. I'm not sure if discovering a "smoking gun" will make any difference at this point, but I find this puzzle intriguing, in the manner of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Mystery of Marie Roget." I very much appreciate the efforts that you and others have gone through to get to the bottom of this enigma.

Sorry for the late response Future, but I’m going from memory.
The organization that filed Obama’s SSN application for him on his behalf could be CCA of Hartford, Connecticut. Of course, CCA could be a subsidiary organization of another in Connecticut.
The trail of Obama’s ineligibility begins with an adoption by Lolo Soetoro, placement in the St. Francis Assisi facility in Jakarta and moves to an American Refugee Resettlement Organization in Connecticut; such as CCA.
As to United Way Sponsorship, it could be under a separate organization associated with United Way; such as Annie E. Casey Foundation or Casey Family Services.
I’m sure CCA could fill in the blanks if we could crack their code of silence and misinformation.
Not hardly. This ‘caseworker’ fraud would have a gov’t worker obtaining a government issued SS# from a previous holder to a new, bastard poseur.
