Amazing stuff. The difference in attitudes in Japan and New Orleans post-Katrina is like day and night. It looks like it will be the same with the results.

but what did they do with all the flotsam and debris from the clean up???
the steel yeah, but all the shredded wood houses etc... burn it or turn it all into new plywood???
