And either Weiner converted, or Huma would be considered an apostate (married to a Jew), for which the penalty is death.

Excellent question. It;’s well known that both sides,Dems and pubbbies, of the political equation have sold out to the Saudis for millions. Is this the case with the Weiner? Hard to tell..We need hard facts.
In my view the whole business of religion is irrelevant to the issue.
All involved are liberals. Liberals shun, loathe, reject religion. That is what liberalism is about.
Neither Weiner nor Huma are religious and reject both Judaism and Islam. They agreed to a civil sham ceremony to satisfy state law and establish rules for financial dealings between the two.
Both are American rejects and that fact should be placed at the top of the list from which judgements must be made.
Does Huma attend a local mosque in DC or NYC. Does she carry a prayer rug..does she pray 5 times daily?
