He’s a Democrat, so the media isn’t going to go all out on this. Once he has been set up with some sort of job at a Soros foundation, then we might see him resign and the mainstream media will pretend that they forced him out of office and it shows that there’s no double standard.
However this shakes out, the country is the loser.
