WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) -- U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner, who has been under fire after admitting to sending graphic photos to women online, acknowledged Friday that he had online contact with a 17-year-old girl in Delaware but said the communications were "neither explicit nor indecent."
New Castle County police confirmed that officers interviewed a high school junior Friday afternoon at her family's home north of Wilmington about the New York Democrat.
"They were made aware of an alleged contact between Congressman Anthony Weiner and an area teen," said Officer Tracey Duffy, a New Castle County police spokeswoman. "The teen has been interviewed and disclosed no information regarding any criminal activity."
Duffy said the investigation was continuing. The police visit was first reported by FoxNews.com, which had a reporter outside the house.
Weiner spokeswoman Risa Heller said in a one-sentence statement Friday night, "According to Congressman Weiner, his communications with this person were neither explicit nor indecent."

“It says the girl disclosed no criminal information. Maybe the girl is covering for Weiner. Has the thought crossed the mind of Police Investigators, that maybe they should get a warrant to search the messages from Weiner to verify the underage girls story. Or are they just going to take it on faith that Weiner and the underage girl are telling the truth?”
Yeah, and they need to get all the records from Twitter. Apparently, she may have deleted some of the tweets she received from Weiner:

I believe the polls in the Weiner district are flawed, as those questioned on the street seem to be male fallling into a younger demographic. No matter what the outcome, Weiner will never be taken serious again, and constituents should be asking their young daughters if they have been in contact with the guy.
If he had a corral of 100-200 women as Breitbart eluded to in a recent interview, there could be more to come if an underage girl had contact with the man.
Barbara Walters finds this all a joke and seemed to admire his sexual prowess. But then again her image dried up a long time ago.
