FULL TITLE: Matthews: Weiner in Trouble Because His Behavior Offends 'Culturally Backward' Christian Conservatives
On Thursday's Hardball, Chris Matthews determined that Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner could be in danger of being forced out of Congress by Blue Dog Dems who face uphill battles in red states because, as he put it, "people in the rural areas of this country who are Christian conservative culturally - you can say backward if you want...don't like this kind of stuff."
During a discussion about Weiner's chances of survival, after being caught sending lewd pictures to women via Twitter, the MSNBCer claimed the liberal congressman didn't have to worry about his, according to Matthews, culturally superior constituents in New York - the "56 percent in Brooklyn and Queens" who "can live with this guy."
Instead he had to be concerned with his Democratic colleagues fearful about re-election in the "conservative culturally part of the country."

Seriously, this is why they haven’t thrown him under the bus - they can’t because to do so would be to acknowledge the existence of behavioral standards.
On the other hand, they know that they can’t openly embrace his behavior because they would alienate people whose votes they need to stay in power.
And conversely, it is the height of culture to post those photos.
What a sick mind this leg tingle has.
People like Mathews should be encouraged to say things like this.
To defeat the left, expose the left.
Their foundational beliefs are abhorrent to decent people.
“Do the ‘rats really want to embrace this?” Why yes, yes they do. You see, the lieberal leftists have now ascended to power via their affirmative action fraud, so they now consider themselves fully beyond the moral taboos which restrained them before. They will not be held legally accountable because they consider themselves to be Eric Holder’s people. The degeneration of democrats will just become more visible. Nothing new in them, just becoming exposed willingly now because they have no expectation of being held accountable for their dead souls and degeneration of the nation.
They are trying to throw him under the bus, but he evades them. So he is going to sit there, the punch line of a perpetual dirty joke, and continue to embarrass them. Pretty clear what their standards are.
With the internet publication of the explicit photo of him in a state of arousal, I predict that coming next election, Anthony Weiner will be facing some STIFF competition!
Not to mention a first-class jerk (and that’s even without considering that he’s a libtard).

Memo to Chrissy: Normal people don’t like abnormal behaviour. Its just unfreakingacceptable. How bad do you have to be when Bill Clinton is offended?
Matthews wouldn’t know that adultery, lying, and just being a total sleeze is wrong.
How can he? He’s probably thinks adultery is a food group and lying is what you do normally.
Matthew wouldn’t know a sense of honor and truthfulness because it isn’t in him.
You don’t have to be a Christian or a Jew or a Muslim or an Atheist to know that lying and cheating on your wife are wrong, that acting like a teen and photographing your penis is childish, and having such bad judgment as to do so as a Representative of the Government is dangerous.
It’s instructive that Matthews is defending a guy who not only lied to the press, but actually blamed the press for committing a felony.
It’s not surprising, since Daniel Pearl being decapitated did NOTHING to dissuade the press from supporting radical Islam and the Palestinians.
I was thinking yesterday, one term I haven’t heard much of since the diversity movement started destroying American Culture was Groupthink.
I remember in the 1980’s and 1990’s management curriculum, case after case was presented about how groupthink had destroyed company after company. Once diversity hit, the reaction to it from those chaffing against it was ‘political correctness’, but what diversity REALLY is is government-sponsored and subsidized groupthink.
I guess there is good groupthink and bad groupthink. Diversity has been good for business, and the military, right?
So, in Chrissy’s world, It’s a cultural “lean forward” to take & send pics of your anatomical features to women on the internet???
Leave it to a liberal to turn a normal human response into a vindictive act. This is how they provide themselves cover when their true colors show.
