Look, at the same time that the great prognosticator, Pelosi, is all over the place talking about Dems taking the House in 2012, we are already starting to see stories from political pros about how the Dem loss of the Senate is a near certainty.

To avert even greater losses across the board, the DNC has to keep the hard Dem base engaged and erergized. And the only way to keep a ravenous, maddened animal happy is by feeding it lots of red meat on a daily basis. That's what she is doing.
